We laughingly called them 'feedings.' The Schloss and SGS provided us with three amazing meals each day, as well as tea or coffee with snacks in between. I believe the general rule is not to exceed three hours without giving guests food.

What were the desserts? Berry cream puff, fruit parfait and some mousse?? You need captions for your pics dude!!
ReplyDeleteChocolate mousse with raspberry sauce (which was unbelievably good). They did a lot of pudding type stuff and little compotes, which is the fruit mix that I poured over ice cream (there was an ice cream self serve...They made a lot of pastries and desserts with Rhubarb and a lot of dishes with white asparagus.
